Strengths of HTN

Our group, HTN are having a good team spirit during the community service. We communicated well on what should we do and what should we prepare for the children home. We have clear objectives while doing this project. Although our group leader Shi Yun delegated our works for every one of us, yet we still helping each other on their work once we had done our part. This may boost our team spirit as we feel like family helping each other without any conflict occurs. Even though before doing this community service, we might not know all of our group members as some of them meet each other for the first time during the meeting, in fact we still feel comfortable while doing the whole project with each other. Overall we had a good teamwork and good corporation was formed among us.
